How to keep Biltong
Keep biltong in an open paper pag or bowl idealy, let it continue to cure. It must be kept dry at room temperature. You can freeze or keep it in the fridge to slow curing if you like it wetter. If wanting to keep some of it for longer, feel free to freeze it.
